Appellate Law

Our Firm handles appeals of cases tried in both state and federal court.  We have handled numerous cases before the First District Court of Appeal located here in Tallahassee and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.  We routinely work closely with our clients to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the arguments and issues on appeal from the beginning of the case through the appellate process.  We understand the importance of each issue on appeal.  We work closely with our clients to develop trial strategies to ensure there is a sufficient record established during trial to preserve the appellate issues.  We are experienced in advising clients at all stages of litigation.
