Kyle Rash
Associate
Kyle Rash is an associate with the firm. He practices in the areas of labor and employment, trucking and auto defense, first party property defense, and other general liability matters. His practice focuses heavily on labor and employment issues in his defense of claims brought under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, Florida Civil Rights Act, and Florida’s Public Whistleblower Act. However, he also actively defends clients throughout the state of Florida in trucking and auto claims and first party claims.
Kyle brings a wealth of experience to his clients at Andrews, Crabtree, Knox & Longfellow, LLP. He has handled cases in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a prominent statewide insurance defense firm handling a variety of matters There he gained significant experience representing and advising corporations, employers and individuals on a variety of legal issues. He also worked for the state of Florida as a prosecutor in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit.
Kyle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Interdisciplinary Social Studies from Florida State University. He was in the top 20% of his graduating class at Florida State University College of Law. During law school, he clerked for various civil practice firms, gaining a better understanding of civil practice.
Kyle is married with a son. He is a native of Havana, Florida and enjoys spending his time with his family and outdoors. He also enjoys barbecuing and creating craft beers.
